You keep all rights to photos and files you merge, and to the results you create — including full commercial use. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs.
Don't use AIMerger to create content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, or that depicts real people in a deceptive, harassing or harmful way. Don't merge images of any person to demean, defraud or impersonate them. We may refuse generations that violate these rules — refused generations never cost credits.
Credits are one-time purchases, never expire, and are refunded automatically when a generation fails. Credits are not transferable between accounts and are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused.
AIMerger is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
