Terms of Service by AIMerger

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to photos and files you merge, and to the results you create — including full commercial use. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs.

Acceptable use

Don't use AIMerger to create content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, or that depicts real people in a deceptive, harassing or harmful way. Don't merge images of any person to demean, defraud or impersonate them. We may refuse generations that violate these rules — refused generations never cost credits.

Credits

Credits are one-time purchases, never expire, and are refunded automatically when a generation fails. Credits are not transferable between accounts and are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused.

Service & liability

AIMerger is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

AI face swap — acceptable use

When you use the AI Face Swap you confirm that you own the photos or have permission from every person shown in them. You must not use it, or its results, to:

• impersonate, deceive or defraud anyone, or create fake evidence or fake news;
• harass, bully, shame or embarrass a person;
• create sexual, nude or suggestive images of anyone, or any image of a child in a sexual or harmful context;
• depict public figures or real people saying or doing things they did not do;
• break anyone’s privacy, likeness or intellectual-property rights.

The AI declines many of these requests automatically. Results carry an invisible AI watermark (SynthID); label them as AI-generated when you share them. Your two photos are sent securely to the AI provider only to create the swap and are not stored by AIMerger. We may block access for misuse. To report a misused image, use the contact page.
