Rotating in a PDF viewer usually only changes how you see the document; send it on and it is sideways again. This tool writes the rotation into each page of a new PDF, so it opens the right way up everywhere — in email, on phones, in print and in upload portals. Pages are not re-rendered: text stays selectable and the file size barely changes.
Each page has its own rotate buttons, and you can select any mix of pages to turn together — odd pages, even pages, a typed range, or a handful you tap.
